Our Process

Our expert craftspeople will recreate the jewelry you’re seeking, based on a sketch, photo or reference. From imagination to reality in as little as 15 days. If you can dream it, we’ll create it.

Note: Custom Jewelry Process takes 1-3 days to complete. Custom rings are final sale only.

1. Request a Quote

Visit the Custom Design Submission to upload your inspiration and receive a complimentary quote. Share details of your design, including the center stone, metal type, diamond weight, and ring size. If available, kindly upload a sketch or image of your desired piece to help us bring your vision to life.

2. CAD Renderings

After placing a deposit or paying the design fee, receive CAD renderings of your design within 48 hours for your approval before proceeding to the next stage.

3. Finalizing Your Jewelry

Pay the remaining balance upon completion (excluding fully prepaid orders). After passing our rigorous Quality Assurance inspection, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped with expedited delivery. A tracking number will be provided via email. Get your truly custom piece in as little as 15 days!

How do I request a quote for custom jewelry?

Fill out your Sketches to receive a complimentary quote. Please specify your design preferences, center stone, metal type, diamond weight, and ring size. You can also upload a sketch or image of your desired ring to help us better understand your vision.

What is the process after I request a quote?

Once we receive your form, we will provide you with a quote. If you decide to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to begin creating CAD renderings (digital images) of your design. Your approval of these renderings is essential before we move on to the production stage.
