UNICORING Return and Exchange Policy

UNICORING is committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, our simple and flexible return and exchange policy is designed to make the process hassle-free.


How to initiate a return:

To return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return tracking number. You can contact us by emailing service@unicoring.com. Once you receive the return tracking number, our team will provide you with a return address and further instructions. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.


Return and Exchange Policy

Return Window:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • All returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached and all original documentation (Please do not remove tags from jewelry if you wish to return it.).
  • Engraved or custom items may be returned only under certain circumstances (wrong size, style, color, or if the item was defective upon arrival).
  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been resized, or have been altered by a third party.
  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer (e.g. resized or modified) are not eligible for return.

Non-refundable fees:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Final sale items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

For custom or engraved items:

We understand that custom items are special and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, custom orders (including custom engravings or sizes) are not returnable unless:

  • Item received is incorrectly engraved, damaged, or the wrong size/style/color.
  • Please review your custom order details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

How to return a product:

1.Get the return address:

  • Please contact customer service at service@unicoring.com to obtain your return tracking number and return address. Our team will provide you with the details within 24 hours.

2.Prepare for a return:

  • Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including any gifts, packing slips, and certificates (otherwise, a 30% replacement fee will apply per certificate).
  • Please place your item in the original box it came in. For your convenience, we recommend that you use the original packaging from your order.
  • Write your order number (starting with #xxxxxx) on the outside of the package
  • To be safe, avoid writing jewelry, diamonds, or related terms on the packaging.
  • Please ensure the order number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. Otherwise we will not be able to process your return and you must email the tracking number to service@unicoring.com

3.Send your return to:

  • Drop the package off at your local post office and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
  • Email your tracking number or receipt to service@unicoring.com.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund process:

  • If the return is approved, we will refund your original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee and handling fees.
  • Please note: This fee applies to returns not due to a product defect (e.g., incorrect size, engraving, or damage). This fee covers the costs associated with returns processing, inventory management, and disposing of merchandise that is no longer eligible for resale.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All orders enter production shortly after purchase. Once your order is placed, we begin the design and production process.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours is free.
  • Since the work has already begun, cancellations after 24 hours will incur a processing fee:
  • Silverware fee 10%
  • Gold items (including all carats) are subject to a 20% fee

Please note that custom or engraved items or custom-sized rings cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.


Important Note:

  • Return Abusers: We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or terminate the accounts of customers who frequently return products.
  • Return Tracking: UNICORING is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
  • Return Address: Please do not return your order to the address on the package. You must use the return address provided by our Customer Service Team.
