Ring resizing process and fees

At UNICORING, we understand how important it is to have a ring that fits perfectly. If the size you ordered does not fit, we offer a ring resizing service. Below are the details of our resizing service.

Turnaround Time

Our standard resizing process takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Rings with intricate details, especially those with diamonds set around the band, may take longer. Some styles, such as eternity rings, cannot be resized.

Free Size Adjustment Policy

We offer free size adjustments within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Size reduction: Up to three sizes smaller (e.g., size T reduced to Q).
• Increase size: Up to two sizes larger (e.g., from size O tto Q).

Increase size: Up to two sizes larger (e.g., from size O to size Q).
For customers who selected “Women’s One Size O – If you’re unsure, choose this option – Free size adjustment later” at checkout, size adjustments within 30 days are free of charge, and you only need to cover the shipping costs.

Adjustment Fees (Modification Fees)

For adjustments exceeding the free limit or made after 30 days, a modification fee will apply:

$100 to $500, depending on the complexity of the size adjustment and design.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs.

Rings that cannot be resized

Certain ring designs cannot be resized due to structural limitations, including:

Eternity rings (rings with diamonds or gemstones set around the band).
Complex and delicate designs may be affected by resizing.
For customers who require minor size adjustments but cannot resize their rings, we offer ring adjusters that can be placed inside the ring as a temporary fitting solution.

How to Request a Resize

Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide further instructions.
Before sending your ring to us, please package it securely and clearly mark your order number on the outside of the packaging.
What happens next?

Once we receive your ring:

Our team will inspect it and confirm whether it can be resized.
If additional fees are required, we will notify you before proceeding.
After resizing, the ring will be cleaned, polished, and re-plated (if applicable).
Before sending it back to you, we will send final quality check photos or videos.
