Our cultured diamonds and jewelry are manufactured using the highest standards and the finest materials. Every product is carefully inspected in our studios and fulfillment centers before shipment.

We offer a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty to all customers, regardless of the price or type of item. This lifetime manufacturer’s warranty applies only to items purchased on Unicoring.com and is non-transferable. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine that your item was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or, if we deem appropriate, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may, at our sole discretion, replace it with a comparable item or provide a refund equal to the original purchase price of the item or component.

While we stand behind our products, we do not cover the following defects under our lifetime manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Excessive wear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of gemstones), theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
  • Metals can discolor or tarnish over time due to improper care (for example, wearing in a hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.).
  • Precious metals, especially prongs, wear out over time with normal use. Due to daily wear and tear, prongs can become thinner, causing them to crack, and diamonds to fall out. However, this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Loss of diamonds due to normal wear and tear is not covered by the Lifetime Diamond Warranty. We will happily replace the missing gemstone for the cost of the gemstone and a small setting fee.
  • Any third-party repairs or services performed on your jewelry by companies other than UNIGORING (including, but not limited to, ring resizing or other repairs) will void your warranty.

UNIGORING jewelry is designed to be both beautiful and durable. We want your UNIGORING jewelry to last for many years.

If your purchase has a manufacturing defect, please email service@unicoring.com and we will provide you with a return address. Upon receipt, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if the damage is covered by our lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. If it is, we will repair it or, at our discretion, replace the item free of charge and ship it back to you. If the damage is not covered by the lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, we will email you a quote before repairing. If you agree to the quote, we will charge for the repair and shipping costs. We will then complete the repair and ship the item back to you.

We recommend that you purchase insurance for your jewelry to protect against loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to the center stone. Examples of center stone damage include chipping, cracking, or breaking. While our moissanite and colored gemstones are durable, they are not indestructible and normal wear and tear, especially in rings, can cause damage.

Free ring resizing

If you ordered a ring (excluding 10K/14K/18K solid gold, platinum, custom sizes/styles, and engraved styles) and it doesn’t fit, don’t worry! We’ll happily resize your ring once, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. Simply send us your ring and we’ll take care of the rest. If we find that resizing is not possible, we’ll notify you and offer special order or return options.

Please note that we resize rings to maintain their integrity, and some rings may not be resizable. In these cases, we may need to resize or repair the ring for an additional fee to ensure the correct size.

UNICORING will charge a 30% adjustment fee for the following items:

  1. Custom pieces in 10k/14k/18k white, rose, or yellow gold.
  2. Custom pieces in platinum.
  3. Custom pieces set with moissanite, synthetic diamonds, natural diamonds, and gemstones.
  4. Personalized items with engraving, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
  5. Final items cannot be resized.

Small Gemstone Replacement:

If a small pavé-set gemstone (less than 2mm in diameter) becomes dislodged from your setting within 6 months of receiving your ring,
we will provide a free replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from a UNICORING repair center. Repairs typically take 4-5 weeks from the time the ring is received. Alternatively, to save shipping costs and time, we can ship the small gemstone directly to you for repair at your local jewelry
